Sandan Development LLC announced the setting up of “Al-Saif” Residential Complex to the tune of RO 6 million on an area of 24,000 square metres. The project will come up at Al Ashkhara in the Governorate of South A’Sharqiyah.
The real estate project, unveiled today, will comprise 75 villas of various sizes, along with a full range of services, and it will take 36 months to complete with effect from the start of construction works.
Mohammed bin Sulaiman al-Kindi, Chairman of Sandan Development Company, said that his firm works in accordance with a clearly-cut strategy to set up select real estate projects that cater to the needs of society and contribute to the ongoing development march of the Sultanate.
Al Saif assumes special significance in Al Ashkhara because it is the first real estate project of its kind. It will activate tourism activity in the region which enjoys moderate weather and boasts a stretch of pristine beaches.
The prices of villas in the new project will range between RO 50,000 and 60,000, said Al-Kindi, noting that, as soon as the project was floated, there was a big rush to purchase the villas, though construction will begin only in the third quarter of this year.
