Sandan Development lays the foundation stone for a residential project in Al Ashkhara
Under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Yahya bin Badr bin Malik Al-Maawali, Governor of South Sharqiyah Governorate, Sandan Development Company laid the foundation stone for the Al-Seef Residential Complex project in Al-Ashkhara District in the Wilayat of Jalan Bani Bu Ali
This project is considered as one of the real estate development projects that Sandan Development Company is working on, which coincides with the vision of Oman 2040 in the axis of economy and development through the foundation of establishing modern infrastructure and an integrated urban system that aims on this pillar to continue investment in the infrastructure, and this project is considered one of the projects The uniqueness and quality that is characterized by innovation and modernity in design and the typical modern spirit that coincides with the international models in the typical residential complexes, and the Al-Ashkharah Parliament was chosen for this project because it is considered a high attraction for tourists and visitors from inside and outside the Sultanate, as well as to distinguish it with the moderate weather in summer and cold in winter and other features Which is characterized by the prosecution, and the project will be an added value for the governorate in general and for the Wilayat of Jaalan Bani Bu Ali, where the economic side will be revitalized, as well as the availability of business growth opportunities for small and medium enterprises owners from the province.
The foundation stone laying ceremony witnessed the welcome introduction, the visual presentation of the project and the speech of Sandan Development Company, through which Saif bin Sulaiman Al-Hadrami, head of commercial operations at Sandan Company, explained the project details and his role in activating the economic aspects of the governorate as well as the future visions and plans of Sandan in the real estate development sector.
On the sidelines of the foundation stone laying ceremony, the CEO of Sandan Development Company, Ali Hassan Suleiman, confirmed that the Seef residential complex project will enhance the economic aspects of the prosecution as it is a high tourist attraction, and that an integrated model project will provide added value to the Eastern South Governorate, as well as confirming that Sandan Company is going ahead with its plans drawn up in Real estate development sector in the Sultanate.
The project will be on an area of twenty-four thousand square meters and the Seef complex will include seventy-five luxury residential villas with charming sea views that guarantee a unique and distinctive residential experience.
