The Super Cars Tour kicked off from the Muscat Wave Walkway to Nizwa State. The program included a car show at the Wave Muscat Walk to allow visitors and fans of sports cars to watch and take pictures, after that, the tour headed towards the State of Nizwa for Al Jabal Al Akhdhar specifically. The event was sponsored by a variety of entities including: Sandan Development, Al Fardan Automobiles, Al Khalili Group and , Oman Automobiles Association. Sandan`s sponsorship of such sporting events comes from the fact that the city of Sandan Light Industries will include the largest gathering of car enthusiasts in Oman with a capacity of 1000 cars, to be the first destination of its kind in the Sultanate of Oman. All kinds of workshops were provided in different sizes and high quality construction specifications, which include all services and facilities for visitors, such as washing and lubricating vehicles, maintenance workshops, spare parts, tires and car accessories shops.
