Sandan Development has signed an agreement with Oman Telecommunications Company SAOG (Omantel) to provide a series of integrated communication services and fiber optic network for the Sandan Light Industries project, which is currently ongoing. Omantel will provide all the systems, networks and communication solutions for all landline and mobile voice and high-speed Internet services over broadband as well as fiber optic networks. Omantel will also be responsible in designing the city`s communication network and provide smart solutions to the integrated cities once the logistics infrastructure is built. This will certainly add much value to the Omani economy.
